Refunds

Vibrant sells AI credits: monthly or yearly plans and one-time top-ups, paid through DodoPayments. Credits are consumed as AI jobs run, so payments are not refundable once credits from that payment have been spent.

Unused top-ups bought in the last 14 days, and plan charges where no credits from the current cycle were used, are refunded on request. Cancelling a plan stops future charges; the current period stays active until it ends.
